Hello all!
Welcome! Our store is now open Monday to Saturday from 10:00am – 5:00pm, Sundays and Holiday Mondays from 10:00am – 4:00pm! Although our doors are no longer locked we are still following COVID protocol and limiting our numbers in the store. We are here to help with any toy, game, balloon, or gift certificate needs! Phone orders and curbside pick up are available if you prefer. Give us a call at (250)-537-1966!
We are following all precautions and safety measures that are mandated by the BC Ministry of Health and WorkSafeBC. This is for the health and safety of both our staff and our customers. Please see the following procedures that we have put in place:
Masks are mandatory for all staff and customers in the store.
5-6 customers will be allowed into the store at a time.
Please avoid touching the products unless it is something you are going to be purchasing. Our staff are more than happy to help if needed.
If you bring your children into the store, please stay with them to help them navigate these new procedures.
We have hand sanitizer at the front door for customer use as you enter and leave. We also have hand sanitizer at the counter.
Please maintain your social distancing of at least 2 meters from our staff and other customers while you are in our store.
If you are feeling unwell, or have cold or flu symptoms, please do not enter our store. Instead, please call or email us for assistance with your toy needs. We can be your personal shopper!
All frequent touch points, as well as the counter/till area, will be regularly sanitized throughout the day.
Our store bathroom will be closed to the public.
All store demos have been put away (trains are self isolating themselves for the time being).
